Happy Diwali!
Today marks the first day of Diwali, a festival of lights and victory of truth in India, and Okeedokee has loved being able to again share this celebration with Miss Jaswinder and Miss Harpreet. We floated some candles, painted and decorated with coloured sand some rangolis, watched with fascination as Miss Jas adorned some of our educators with henna and did an awful lot of dancing in the beautiful sarees Miss Jas had brought in.
