Outdoor Classroom Day!
We do love the outdoors here at Okeedokee, with many rooms regularly utilising our outdoor environment as the third teacher; spending time playing and exploring in the fresh air and with nature. As today has been Outdoor Classroom Day - a day more than 2500 schools across Australia take part in - all of our rooms all came together for a wonderful outdoor morning.
A mud pit, an octopus, and quite a number of different nature based activities led to a fantastic morning of outdoor exploration.
